Shipping and Returns
All purchases made with Clinkclankclunk.com are not eligible for Exchange, credits or refunds. Clinkclankclunk.com will only provide an exchange for defective items, or you have received a wrong product by us.
In the event of a valid exchange, please notify immediately within three days of when the item/items were received, provided the items are unused, with all original tags and receipts attached by Clink Clank Clunk.
Do inform us via email at info@Clinkclankclunk.com with a clear description and a photo image of the item.
International packages may be subject to customs fees as defined by foreign government officials. We hope you understand that these charges are outside Clink Clank Clunk's authority. Therefore, these fees are excluded from Clink Clank Clunk's shipping prices, and these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. We are always happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package.
Items unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped again unless all incurred fees are paid for on the customer's end.
